Mortgage Almanac today announced a new On-Line Mortgage Rating
Service for consumers.
Consumers see mortgage advertisements all over the place. We
are the site that has tested these sites, gotten feedback from
consumers and can recommend which sites are best for you. When
you see our comments next to an ad you know we have placed it
there because it is relevant to the mortgage information you
requested. Watch for these ratings as you view articles on the
site. |

- Mortgage Almanac today announced
a new Mortgage

Consumers input information about their purchase or refinance
loan needs and the request is forwarded to a mortgage specialist

If
you are looking to buy your first home, the most important step
you can take is to contact a mortgage loan officer to help you
find out how much you can afford. Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts,
New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island and South Carolina residents
can use our mortgage locator service by clicking purchase and completing the on-line
application. A loan officer who specializes in helping first time
home buyers will contact you immediately.
For help in all other states, we suggest applying through Lending
Tree or Get Smart. We have found both helpful:
